Are you really Gluten-Free?
Yes! All of our cookies are FDA-certified gluten-free, making them safe for those with Celiac disease.
Are your cookies dairy-free?
Our cookies are not dairy-free. We use real butter in our recipes, and any cookie with chocolate includes real chocolate that contains dairy.
What protein powder do you use in the cookies?
We use whey protein in our cookies to give them that extra boost.
How does shipping work?
To guarantee freshness, we bake only on weekends. Orders placed during the week are baked over the weekend and shipped out Monday morning—so you always receive cookies straight from our oven to your door.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies depending on your location. We strive for delivery within 3–5 business days after your order ships, but please note that once a package leaves our kitchen, any delays are in the carrier’s hands.
Why do I need to order at least 4 cookies?
We have a 4-cookie minimum to ensure your order is fresh, well-packaged, and worth the cost of shipping. Smaller orders don’t allow us to cover the time, materials, and shipping costs that go into every batch. By setting this minimum, we’re able to keep our cookies high-quality and make sure they arrive to you in the best condition possible.
Do you have a storefront?
Not yet! Doughn’t Worry started in May 2025, and while we don’t have a storefront at this time, we’re working toward one in the future. Your support helps us grow toward that goal!
How long do your cookies stay fresh?
Our cookies stay fresh for up to 2 weeks when kept in their heat-sealed package. If you’d like to save them for later, they can be frozen to extend freshness for up to 2 months.
